ETC Printable Badges

ETC Supplies have developed a unique printable badge that looks like it has been woven or embroidered. We use a special flat condensed stitch pattern that provides excellent high resolution print finish for even the smallest lettering or image. Now anyone can make woven or embroidered look badges simply and quickly using any basic printer, although Sublimation print is by far the best and most suitable.
The printable badges are available in different shapes and sizes and a choice of coloured merrowed edges or plain white. The merrowed tail is deliberately left lose so that it does not make a mark when printing the image. After printing the tail is simply glued to the back of the badge or held in place if you are using our Plasti-Fuse backing.
Plasti-Fuse is a double sided fusible film that allows you to apply the film with a heat press or iron to the back of the printed badge. You simply tear away the extra along the edges and this allows your customer to iron on the badge at home.
These printable badges are great for on demand supply. You can turn these around in minutes. Just keep a selection of blanks in your draw ready for print and finish.
