Dear Valued Customer,
Potential Covid-19 Delivery Impact (things to be aware of): Please note that we are currently working in line with the Government Safety Guidelines. Social distancing measures mean we have reduced the number of staff in our warehouse and factory to ensure the safety of all our employees, which will, result in a delay to the dispatch of your order. Fedex, UPS and DPD delivery networks are also impacted, which may cause unexpected delays. In addition, our suppliers are similarly affected, which is resulting in lead times continually changing. IMPORTANT: Please be aware that lead times from our suppliers can change even after your order is confirmed, especially for high demand lines. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these unforeseen delays.
