BREXIT - Customer Update

BREXIT and what you need to know.

Dear Customer,

Regardless of the outcome of negotiations between the UK and EU, how we trade with customers in Northern Ireland and Europe will change from 1st of January 2021. These changes will take effect with us from 23rd December 2020 as this is our last trading day before Christmas and New Year holidays.

At ETC Supplies we will continue to do business with our customers as before and try to keep everything as simple as possible.

What we will do:

 We will change the format of our invoices to include the following information;

 Our EORI number will be noted on the invoice.

  • Our Incoterms will be noted on the invoice.

  • The product Commodity Code will be noted on the invoice.

  • The Country of Origin for each item will be noted on the invoice.

  • The shipment Net and Gross weight will be noted on the invoice.

  • We are registered on the TSS website.

  • You will be supplied with details of the shipment and the courier company.
